You should neverface the healthcaresystem alone.
Care Consult provides independent clinical guidance, specialist vetting, and professional advocacy for families navigating complex medical decisions.
The system is complex. Families are left to manage it alone.
A serious diagnosis rarely comes with clear guidance. Families must interpret conflicting opinions, identify the right specialists, coordinate appointments, and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
Care Consult exists to provide structured, professional guidance at each stage of that journey.
Every engagement is documented, structured, and accountable — to the standard of your most trusted advisors.
Four ways we support families navigating healthcare decisions.
Here we introduce the services clearly.
Second Opinion
When a serious diagnosis or complex treatment plan is proposed, Care Consult performs a structured review of the medical file and provides independent clinical analysis.
Request Case Review →Navigator
When families need the right provider or institution, Care Consult identifies vetted specialists and compares the capabilities of relevant hospitals.
Find the Right Specialist →Appointment
A Care Consult advocate accompanies your family member to an important medical appointment or procedure to ensure the conversation is structured, understood, and documented.
Book Consult for an Appointment →Retainer
For families managing long-term or multi-specialist care, Care Consult becomes the central coordinating point for the entire case.
Discuss Retainer Engagement →Structured from the first conversation.
Private clients who expect more.
Care Consult is a private advisory firm. We serve a limited number of families at any time to ensure every client receives the full attention of a dedicated Consult. Discretion is not a feature — it is a condition of our practice.

expect the highest standard.
Before you
enquire.
We understand that engaging a clinical advisory firm is a new concept for most families. These are the questions we hear most often.
Every Care Consult advocate holds a clinical degree — typically in nursing, pharmacy, or clinical medicine — with a minimum of five years’ practice in a hospital or specialist setting. They are not junior staff; they are experienced clinicians trained to interpret, coordinate, and advocate at a senior level.
A second opinion gives you another doctor’s view. Care Consult gives you an advocate in the room — someone who prepares before the appointment, asks the right questions during it, documents everything after, and coordinates between all specialists involved. We do not diagnose or prescribe. We ensure the system works for you, not around you.
No. Care Consult works alongside your existing medical team. We do not prescribe, diagnose, or alter treatment. Our role is to coordinate communication, ensure nothing is missed, and provide your family with structured, written accountability for every clinical interaction.
Confidentiality is a condition of our practice, not a feature. All client records are held under strict clinical confidence. We do not share information with any third party without written consent, and all internal communications are encrypted. Our engagement agreements include a comprehensive confidentiality clause.
Yes. Many of our retainer clients have specialists in Nairobi, India, South Africa, and Europe. We coordinate across geographies — managing records transfer, appointment scheduling, and communication between all parties, so your family has a single point of contact regardless of where care is being delivered.
Retainer clients receive a structured report every Friday covering: all appointments attended, specialist communications, medication or treatment changes, pending investigations, and recommended next steps. It is written in clear, non-clinical language and designed for family decision-makers, not medical professionals.
For single appointments, we can typically mobilise within 48 hours of a signed engagement. Retainer engagements begin with a comprehensive file review, which takes three to five business days. Urgent situations are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Care Consult is a private advisory engagement, not a medical service, and is not currently covered by standard health insurance policies. Some corporate clients include our services as an executive benefit. We are exploring partnerships with select insurers for 2027.
Every engagement begins with a conversation.
We accept a limited number of new clients each quarter. All enquiries are treated with complete confidentiality and responded to within one business day.
